Trump Claims Iran Requests Ceasefire as U.S. Continues Military Operations

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that the president of Iran’s new regime has requested a ceasefire with the United States.

Trump made the announcement on his social media platform, Truth Social, stating that the new Iranian leadership is “less extreme than previous rulers and more intelligent,” and that the U.S. will consider the ceasefire request.

The President emphasized that any consideration of the ceasefire will only take place once the Strait of Hormuz is fully open and secure. Until then, military operations against Iran will continue, which he described as pushing the country “back to the Stone Age.”

In an interview with a British news agency, Trump added that the U.S. has already achieved a complete regime change in Iran. He stated that American forces would exit Iran soon, though he could not provide a specific timeline. He noted that some military objectives remain and, if necessary, the U.S. may return to carry out further strikes.

Trump also reassured that Iran would neither obtain nor attempt to obtain nuclear weapons. He claimed the U.S. is not concerned about nuclear materials and will continue to monitor Iran through satellite surveillance.

In addition, Trump indicated he would express his discontent with NATO in an upcoming speech and is considering removing the U.S. from the alliance.

Previously, Trump had announced that the United States would exit the Iran conflict within two to three weeks. During a White House briefing, he reiterated that while regime change in Iran has occurred, it was not the original goal. The primary objective was to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, which he claims has been successfully achieved.
