Islamabad’s Service Center is receiving public appreciation for delivering quick, transparent, and quality government services under one roof.
Islamabad: The service center established in the federal capital is rapidly gaining public appreciation by providing citizens with fast, transparent, and quality government facilities. Visitors say the staff at the center is not only courteous but also performs duties with professionalism and dedication, turning lengthy procedures into quick and convenient experiences.
Citizens visiting the facility said multiple government services are available under one roof, including driving license issuance, practice certificates, general verification, registration of foreigners, and other essential services. They appreciated the positive attitude of the staff and the well-managed environment, saying families can visit the center without hesitation.
Regarding traffic-related services, citizens highlighted that a proper testing area has been established for driving tests, allowing applicants to complete the process smoothly without unnecessary difficulties. After fulfilling all requirements, licenses are issued within a short period.
Service Center In-charge Rashid said serving citizens remains the top priority. He added that staff members have been directed to handle the matters of every visitor, especially women, elderly people, and children, on a priority basis.
Traffic affairs supervisor Imran Butt stated that efforts are continuously being made to provide quick and reliable facilities to those seeking driving licenses while ensuring all procedures remain transparent.
Test Inspector Shakeel Khattak said public service is a matter of pride for him and his team. He emphasized that duties are performed with honesty and responsibility to ensure citizens receive the best possible assistance.
