District Bar Nowshera President Arshad Jan says strengthening the rule of law and ensuring justice for victims remain at the heart of his legal mission.
Nowshera: Senior lawyer and District Bar Nowshera President Arshad Jan Advocate has reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice for the oppressed, saying legal services should be driven by fairness rather than financial interests.
Speaking exclusively to Click Pakistan, Arshad Jan said providing justice to victims remains one of his highest priorities. He expressed concern over the increasing crime rate, claiming that criminal activity has risen significantly because many victims fail to receive timely justice while offenders often escape punishment.
“I have always stood with the oppressed and will continue to do so,” he said, adding that every citizen deserves equal protection under the law regardless of financial status.
The senior lawyer also stressed the importance of unity within the legal fraternity. He said the District Bar regularly organizes weekly corner meetings where lawyers discuss professional matters, legal reforms and ways to improve support for vulnerable and underprivileged people seeking justice.
