Danish Taimoor has rejected speculation about a possible divorce from Ayeza Khan, saying the couple remains together while focusing on their professional commitments.
KARACHI: Pakistani actor Danish Taimoor has addressed growing speculation about his marriage to fellow superstar Ayeza Khan, firmly denying reports that the couple is heading toward divorce.
Danish Taimoor and Ayeza Khan are among Pakistan’s most recognized celebrity couples. Both actors have built successful careers in the entertainment industry while also raising their two children together.
The divorce rumors gained traction after fans noticed Ayeza Khan’s absence from the cinema premiere of Danish Taimoor’s drama “Humraahi,” whose finale was screened in cinemas. Her absence attracted considerable attention on social media, particularly because she had previously attended the finale premiere of Danish’s other project, “Sher.”
Speculation intensified further after fans noticed changes in the couple’s social media presence, including the removal of photographs featuring the pair. Ayeza’s recent posts also prompted online discussion, leading some social media users to assume that the couple could be facing marital problems.
However, Danish Taimoor has now directly rejected the divorce speculation.
According to Jang News, the actor was asked about the reports and made it clear that Ayeza Khan remains his wife and the mother of his children. He also suggested that people were finding it difficult to accept their happiness.
Danish explained that both he and Ayeza are currently occupied with their respective professional commitments, which may explain their limited public appearances together.
