Lahore: A local court in Lahore on Monday heard the case related to the promotion of online gambling involving YouTuber Saad Rehman, popularly known as “Ducky Bhai,” Arub Jatoi, and other co-accused.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo presided over the hearing, during which Saad Rehman, Arub Jatoi, and two other accused appeared before the court and marked their attendance.
The court read out the charges against the accused, which they denied. The defendants pleaded not guilty, after which the judge formally framed the charges and adjourned the hearing until February 23. The court also directed the witnesses to appear at the next hearing.
The National Cyber Crime Agency (NACIA) has already submitted the challan (charge sheet) against the accused in the court.
