Four Killed Ten Injured in Multi Vehicle Crash on M9 Motorway

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

KARACHI: At least four people, including a woman, were killed and ten others injured in a multi vehicle collision on the M9 Motorway police said.

According to authorities the accident involved a passenger van and several vehicles. Initial assessments suggest that rain and slippery road conditions may have contributed to the crash with reports indicating that braking difficulties led to the collision.

A passenger Ghulam Rasool described the tragic incident stating that he was traveling to Moro village with his wife, daughter in law and grandson. My wife and grandson lost their lives in the accident while my daughter in law was injured he said.

Rescue teams and emergency services responded promptly shifting the injured to nearby medical facilities. Police have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.

The incident follows a recent deadly crash near Kathor on the same motorway where multiple fatalities were reported. The recurring accidents have raised concerns about road safety particularly during adverse weather conditions.

Authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution maintain safe speeds, and ensure vehicle safety checks especially during rain to prevent further tragedies on major highways.
