In Sargodha, two armed robbers stole 80 liters of petrol from an oil tanker and fled the scene according to local police. The incident occurred near Kot Naja when the tanker, traveling from Qaidaabad experienced a tire blowout.
Police stated that the tanker crew was busy changing the damaged tire when the two robbers arrived. The suspects quickly siphoned off 80 liters of petrol from the tanker and also snatched cash from the crew before escaping.
Authorities have registered a formal case against the suspects and launched a search operation to apprehend them. Police teams are examining nearby areas and reviewing potential leads to track down the culprits.
