Attaullah Tarar expresses condolences to Aun Shirazi on wife’s passing

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

KOT MOMIN:(Syed Yaseen Hashmi)-  Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has strongly rejected what he described as false and misleading propaganda regarding alleged evacuations from Tirah Valley.

Speaking to the media in Kot Momin, the minister expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the wife of Aun Shirazi and extended his condolences to the bereaved family.

Addressing the Tirah Valley issue, Tarar said the federal government has taken serious notice of misinformation circulating about the area. He clarified that reports claiming forced evacuation or depopulation of Tirah Valley are incorrect and misleading.

The information minister stated that Rs4 billion in funds have been allocated for individuals who may choose to relocate voluntarily, stressing that this process has no connection with the Pakistan Army. He termed attempts to link the issue with the military as deliberate misinformation.

Tarar further said that intelligence-based operations in sensitive areas are carried out routinely to ensure security, adding that such actions are part of standard law-enforcement procedures.

Criticising the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, he urged provincial authorities to focus on resolving public issues instead of engaging in protest politics. He called for the establishment of forensic laboratories and the launch of public welfare projects.

The minister said the public has grown weary of repeated protest calls and wants basic facilities delivered at their doorstep. He added that future elections will be decided on the basis of public service and performance, not street protests.
