Islamabad (Hafeez Darwesh) — The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has directed 97 more officers and staff to report to the Human Resource Development (HRD) Directorate. This action has sparked new discussions about whether the move is a real effort to fight corruption or just a regular administrative step.
