Family Appeals to Pakistan Government to Rescue Son Stuck in Gulf Ship

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Karachi: Several Pakistani workers have reportedly become stranded aboard a ship in the Persian Gulf following escalating tensions after attacks on Iran by the United States and Israel.

One of the stranded workers, Saad Mehboob, is currently stationed on a vessel named Pergas. His father, Mehboob Anwar, has appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan to urgently bring his son back home.

Speaking to media, Mehboob Anwar said that his son and three other Pakistani crew members are working on the ship, which is anchored near Kish Island in the Gulf. According to him, several ships in the region have already been affected by military strikes, putting the lives of the crew in serious danger.

He also revealed that the ship, owned by Persian Gulf Shipping and Marine Agency, usually receives food supplies every 15 days. However, due to the ongoing conflict, supplies have not arrived and the crew is reportedly running out of food and essential items.

Communication has also been disrupted, with weak internet and phone signals making it difficult for families to stay in contact. The family has urged the Pakistani government to take immediate steps to rescue stranded workers.
