From Love to Rage: Why Sanjay Dutt Reached Studio to Confront Rajesh Khanna

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

A moment of rage in Bollywood’s golden era, how Sanjay Dutt nearly turned a love triangle with Tina Munim and Rajesh Khanna into a violent confrontation

MUMBAI: Veteran Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has revealed a startling episode from his past, saying he once went to confront legendary star Rajesh Khanna in a fit of anger over actress Tina Munim.

According to excerpts from his biography cited in media reports, the incident dates back to the early 1980s following Dutt’s breakup with Munim. At the time, rumors linked Munim with Khanna, triggering an emotional reaction from Dutt, who said he felt “made a joke of” within the film industry.

Dutt recalled that he went to Mehboob Studio in Mumbai, where Khanna was filming, intending to confront him. He said he sat in front of Khanna and stared at him for a prolonged period, admitting he was close to turning the confrontation violent.

“In anger, I decided to teach him a lesson,” Dutt said, describing the moment he arrived at the studio.

Despite the tense situation, the encounter did not escalate. Dutt said he managed to control himself, while Khanna remained calm and did not react, effectively defusing the situation.

The episode highlights a turbulent phase in Dutt’s early career, marked by personal struggles and strained relationships. His relationship with Munim had begun during the filming of Rocky but later deteriorated amid reports of his off-screen challenges.
