Pakistan Completes Clean Sweep Against Australia, Wins Third T20 by 111 Runs

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Pakistan delivered a stunning performance against Australia in the T20 series, winning all three matches to complete a clean sweep. In the third and final T20 International, Pakistan defeated Australia by a massive 111-run margin.

Batting first, Pakistan scored 207 runs in 20 overs. Half-centuries from Saem Ayub and Babar Azam laid the foundation, while Shadab Khan played a blazing innings of 46 runs off just 19 balls, including five towering sixes.

In response, Australia was bowled out for 96 runs in 16.5 overs. Spinner Mohammad Nawaz was the star, taking five wickets for only 18 runs, supported by Shaheen Shah Afridi, who claimed two wickets, while Abrar Ahmed and Naseem Shah took one each.

Australia’s innings started disastrously. Captain Mitchell Marsh was bowled by Shaheen in the first over, Matthew Short fell to Nawaz in the second, and Matt Renshaw was bowled by Shaheen in the third. Marcus Stoinis (23) and Cameron Green (22) managed some resistance, but none of the Australian batsmen could withstand Pakistan’s attack.

Earlier, Australia had lost the first T20 by 22 runs, the second by 90 runs, and now the 111-run defeat in the third match sends a strong warning ahead of the T20 World Cup.
