Pakistan lauded for responsible diplomacy and stabilizing role amid Iran-US tensions.
Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry has praised Pakistan’s decisive role in facilitating peace efforts between Iran and United States. In a statement, he emphasized that Pakistan once again showcased its leadership, presenting itself as a symbol of peace, wisdom, and responsibility on the global stage.
Dr. Chaudhry credited Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for courageous and visionary leadership, which enabled Pakistan to actively reduce regional tensions through strategic and well-coordinated diplomacy. He also highlighted the continuous efforts of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, whose tireless, round-the-clock diplomacy projected Pakistan’s stance effectively worldwide.
Furthermore, he acknowledged the role of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for providing strong, balanced, and decisive military strategy that reinforced stability during these critical efforts.
Dr. Chaudhry described Pakistan’s involvement in the Iran-US ceasefire process as a reflection of a responsible state committed to regional peace. He stated, “This is the kind of leadership that guides in the most challenging times; the kind of resolve that works day and night for peace.”
