PM Shehbaz Sharif to inaugurate major infrastructure projects and boost national morale amid improving security situation
MANSHEHRA: Federal Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, announced in a media briefing that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will address a public gathering in Balakot, Mansehra on March 25.
The Minister highlighted that the Saudi government-funded 18 million PKR water supply scheme, stretching from Mansehra to Muzaffarabad and Chilas, is now complete. Additionally, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Hazara Expressway, projects by Hazara Electric Company, the Ski Kanari Dam, and other major development initiatives.
Speaking alongside the District President of Pakistan Muslim League-N, Syed Junaid Ali Qasim, Sardar Yousaf emphasized that Pakistan Army continues to defend the country against ongoing terrorism with full strength. He noted that arrangements for the Prime Minister’s visit are being finalized in line with the improving national situation.
“The people of Mansehra, along with citizens across Pakistan, stand shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces,” he added. The upcoming visit marks a significant step in the government’s efforts to showcase developmental progress and strengthen public confidence amid improving security conditions.
