Sheikh Waqas Akram Criticizes Delay in Court Orders on PTI Founder’s Treatment

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Party spokesperson claims discriminatory treatment and urges courts to ensure timely medical care for PTI founder

PESHAWAR: Sheikh Waqas Akram, central information secretary of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, voiced serious concern over the health condition of party founder Imran Khan while speaking to media at the Peshawar Press Club.

Akram said the day was critical regarding Khan’s health, noting that a medical report had been submitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He claimed the report had caused distress among supporters nationwide and criticized authorities for allegedly preventing family members from meeting Khan during treatment.

He further stated that despite nearly 24 hours passing since court directions regarding medical care, a written order had yet to be issued. According to Akram, the court had instructed that treatment be provided before Feb. 16, but he alleged that no formal documentation had been released.

Akram described the situation as discriminatory, asserting that PTI was forced to appeal to courts for proper treatment of the former prime minister. He also blamed former premier Nawaz Sharif and the current government for Khan’s deteriorating eyesight.

The PTI leader announced a protest sit-in following Friday prayers, stating that demonstrations would continue until their demands regarding Khan’s medical care are fulfilled.
