WASA chief conducts surprise inspections to ensure uninterrupted services during Eid holidays.
Rawalpindi: Managing Director of WASA Rawalpindi, Azizullah Khan, carried out surprise visits to various field offices to review arrangements ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, officials said.
During the inspections, the MD assessed staff attendance, ongoing operations, and measures taken to address public complaints. He emphasized the importance of maintaining uninterrupted services during the Eid holidays.
Officials confirmed that WASA Rawalpindi’s field staff will remain on duty throughout the holidays, with a duty roster already issued. The staff will be available to promptly handle water supply, sewerage issues, and other public concerns.
Residents have been advised to contact relevant WASA offices for timely resolution of their complaints, as authorities aim to ensure smooth service delivery during the festive period.
