Initiative aims to enhance transparency, improve healthcare services, and ensure swift resolution of public grievances in Peshawar.
PESHAWAR: In line with directives from the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the MTI–Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC) has formally launched an Online Khuli Kachehri to address patient concerns in a more efficient and transparent manner.
The initiative is designed to provide patients and their families with a direct communication channel to hospital authorities, enabling them to submit complaints, suggestions, and feedback without physical barriers. An online session was held at the Medical Teaching Institution, HMC, where senior officials participated, including Medical Director Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Khattak, Hospital Director Colonel (R) Dr. Gulzar Ahmad Khan, and Nursing Director Barkatullah.
During the session, the Hospital Director personally addressed grievances raised by participants. Patients—both currently admitted and previously treated—shared concerns through live calls and social media platforms. Officials assured prompt action and emphasized continued improvements in service delivery.
The administration stated that the Online Khuli Kachehri will be held regularly to strengthen accountability and improve patient satisfaction across the healthcare system.
