Mark Lee has officially concluded his journey with Mark Lee and its agency SM Entertainment, with his contract set to end on April 8, confirming his departure from all NCT units including NCT 127 and NCT Dream.
According to SM Entertainment, the decision followed extended discussions about his future direction, with both sides agreeing to part ways amicably. The agency also acknowledged his contributions since his debut in 2016, highlighting his role across multiple sub-units and his impact on the group’s global rise.
Mark has long been considered a core member of NCT, participating in various line-ups that helped shape the group’s identity. Following his exit, NCT 127 is expected to continue as a seven-member unit, while NCT Dream will promote as a six-member group.
