The conflict in the Middle East has intensified as U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran entered their sixth consecutive day resulting in heavy casualties and expanding regional tensions. According to Arab media reports at least 1,230 people have been killed in Iran following airstrikes targeting various locations including infrastructure near hospitals and schools.
The violence has also spread beyond Iran. Reports indicate that Israeli strikes in Lebanon have killed 77 people, further escalating the regional crisis. Meanwhile, Iran has launched retaliatory attacks against Israeli and allied targets.
Arab media stated that 11 people were killed in Iranian strikes on Israel, including six U.S. soldiers. The retaliatory operations have also affected several Gulf states. In the United Arab Emirates, three people reportedly died following Iranian attacks.
In Bahrain, a missile interception caused a fire in an industrial area, killing one person. Meanwhile, four people including two soldiers, were killed in Kuwait, while a projectile strike on a tanker at a port in Oman left one person dead.
The widening conflict has raised global concerns about a broader regional war as military exchanges continue across several Middle Eastern countries. Analysts warn that further escalation could threaten regional stability and international energy routes.
