Former Pakistan all rounder Imad Wasim has announced his second marriage sharing the news through a statement on social media.
In his message, Imad reflected on his previous marriage, acknowledging that it did not succeed and describing the period as one of the most challenging phases of his life. Despite the difficulties he expressed deep gratitude for his children, calling them the greatest blessings in his life and reaffirming his enduring love and commitment to them.
Imad stated that after careful thought and with the guidance of his parents he has now married Naila. He described the decision as deliberate and made with clear intentions to build a life based on peace stability and mutual respect. He credited his wife with bringing dignity calm, and balance into his life.
The cricketer also emphasized his continued dedication to his children, noting that fatherhood involves not only financial responsibility but also presence love and guidance. He shared his hope of playing an active role in their lives.
Imad appealed to the public and media to respect his privacy stressing that not every personal matter requires public debate.
Imad Wasim previously married Sania Ashfaq in 2019. Divorce proceedings were initiated in late 2025.
