The Islamabad High Court has scheduled the hearing of appeals filed by the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the £190 million case.
According to Express News, the court has fixed April 22 for the hearing of the appeals challenging the accountability court’s verdict in the case.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif will hear the appeals.
The PTI founder and Bushra Bibi had earlier challenged the decision of the accountability court in the Islamabad High Court.
The case is one of several high-profile legal proceedings involving the PTI leadership and is now set to be heard later this month.
