Senior advocate Mian Arshad Jan says regular coordination between lawyers, judges and stakeholders is helping address public concerns and improve access to justice.
NOWSHERA: Renowned legal expert Mian Arshad Jan has reaffirmed his commitment to the rule of law, saying the legal community is working to strengthen public confidence in the justice system through regular dialogue with the judiciary.
Speaking to media representatives, Mian Arshad Jan said lawyers serve as a vital bridge between the public and judges. He emphasized that the legal fraternity is striving to remove misunderstandings among citizens regarding the judicial process and ensure greater transparency.
He said weekly meetings are organized with judges, members of the legal community and representatives from different walks of life. During these sessions, lawyers discuss issues faced by the legal fraternity, with special focus on public cases pending before the courts.
According to Mian Arshad Jan, the meetings with the District and Sessions Judge of Nowshera are aimed at identifying practical solutions to pending matters and improving the delivery of justice. He appreciated the positive response and cooperation shown by the Sessions Judge, describing it as a constructive step toward resolving public concerns.
He concluded by saying that lawyers and judicial authorities remain united in their mission to serve the public and uphold the supremacy of law.
