Authorities have closed multiple entry points to the federal capital, sealing major roads leading into Islamabad by placing containers at key locations.

According to reports, important routes including 26 Number, Golra Morr, and Margalla Road have been blocked. The Faizabad interchange and roads coming from Murree and Kashmir have also been sealed for vehicles entering the city.

Traffic coming from different parts of the country toward Islamabad has been restricted, effectively blocking several highways and access points. The closures have caused disruptions for commuters and travelers attempting to enter the capital.

Officials say the measures are part of heightened security arrangements in and around Islamabad.
