Quetta:(Rashid Bugti)- The funeral prayers for the valiant Balochistan Police officers who were martyred in recent terrorist attacks in Wallis Line, Quetta, were offered with full honors, attended by top federal and provincial officials.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Corps Commander Balochistan Lt. Gen. Rahat Naseem Ahmed Khan, provincial ministers, parliamentarians, and IG Police Balochistan led the ceremonies, paying tribute to the fallen heroes.
The dignitaries expressed deep respect for the sacrifices of the martyred officers, emphasizing that their courage will never be forgotten. Federal Interior Minister Naqvi met with the bereaved families, calling the martyrs “the pride of the nation,” and assuring that terrorist elements will never succeed against the strength of the state and the determination of the people.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti also met with the families, highlighting that the officers’ sacrifices have strengthened the province and country’s resolve to maintain peace and security.
The solemn ceremony reflected the nation’s respect and gratitude for the police personnel who laid down their lives in service to the country, reinforcing public commitment to counter terrorism and uphold law and order across Balochistan.
