Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praises security forces for thwarting terrorist designs in successful operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday paid tribute to Pakistan’s security forces for what he described as successful operations against terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
In a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office on Sept. 29, the prime minister said the security forces had demonstrated professional expertise, courage and bravery while thwarting the “nefarious designs” of terrorists.
Sharif said the entire nation stood alongside the country’s security forces in the fight against terrorism.
He said operations against terrorist elements would continue until terrorism was completely eliminated from the country. The prime minister also said that elements seeking to undermine Pakistan’s peace and stability would not be allowed to achieve their objectives.
Sharif saluted the officers and personnel of the security forces who participated in the successful operations and said the entire nation was proud of its “brave sons.”
