PML-N Candidate Alleges Poll Rigging After Presiding Officer, Ballot Bags Found at PPP Leader’s House in Kotli

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

PML-N candidate claims election officials and polling material were found at a PPP leader’s residence, prompting calls for an immediate investigation by the Election Commission.

A political controversy has erupted in Azad Jammu and Kashmir’s LA-10 Kotli City constituency after a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate alleged that a presiding officer and polling bags were caught at the residence of a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader.

According to the claim, the incident occurred at Al-Noor Public School, Mandi Dhora, Ward No. 8, where polling was being conducted. The PML-N candidate alleged that election officials, along with polling bags, were found at the home of a PPP leader instead of following the prescribed election procedures.

The allegation has sparked strong reactions from political workers, with the PML-N insisting that any attempt to manipulate the public mandate is unacceptable. Party representatives demanded that the Election Commission immediately investigate the incident and ensure that those responsible are held accountable under the law.

The party further stated that transparent and impartial elections are essential for maintaining public confidence in the democratic process and urged authorities to take swift action to address the allegations.
