Social media influencer clarifies rumors, says viral clip involving his son was digitally fabricated
Pakistani YouTuber and social media influencer Rajab Butt has publicly addressed the controversy surrounding a viral video allegedly featuring him and his son, Kivan Sultan Butt, stating that the clip is fake and generated using artificial intelligence.
Rajab Butt, who commands a substantial online following with approximately 8 million YouTube subscribers and nearly 2 million Instagram followers, said the video circulating on social media platforms does not depict reality. The content creator emphasized that if he ever intended to reveal his son’s face, he would have done so through his official YouTube channel rather than through unofficial or leaked footage.
Speaking about the situation, Butt stated that neither his friends nor his close circle were responsible for the video’s spread. Instead, he attributed the clip to unknown sources using AI tools to create misleading content. He further noted that public reactions, while based on false material, reflected the audience’s interest and emotional connection with his family.
In addition to addressing the viral video, Rajab Butt also clarified ongoing rumors about his personal life, including speculation regarding his marriage. He confirmed that he has already responded to such claims and urged followers to avoid believing unverified information.
Concluding his statement, Butt offered a general prayer for children and families, expressing hope for ease and protection from misinformation in the digital age.
