Salman Akram Raja Says Meeting With Imran Khan Essential for Any Final Dialogue

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

PTI leader Salman Akram Raja says no political dialogue can reach a final outcome without involving Imran Khan.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Salman Akram Raja has said that a meeting with the party’s founder, Imran Khan, is the most important issue in the ongoing political dialogue, stressing that no matter can be finalized without his involvement.

Raja said that Imran Khan must be included in the dialogue process for any meaningful progress to be made. He maintained that decisions concerning the political situation could not be finalized without consulting the PTI founder.

“Meeting with the founder of PTI is the most important matter. Nothing can be finalized without including the founder of PTI,” Raja said.

He added that the dialogue would not produce a substantive outcome unless Imran Khan was made part of the process.

Raja also described the previous meeting between the government and opposition representatives as an initial step rather than a final breakthrough.

“We saw the previous meeting as an introduction,” he said.

The remarks come amid continued political tensions following the failure of recent talks between the government and opposition. The negotiations ended without a final agreement after the sides remained divided over several issues, including access to Imran Khan and matters related to counterterrorism policy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Opposition representatives have previously said that access to Imran Khan was among the key issues contributing to the deadlock. Senator Raja Nasir Abbas said the matter of meeting Imran Khan and access to his personal physician remained unresolved.

The government and opposition have presented differing accounts of why the negotiations failed. Government representatives have focused on disagreements over counterterrorism cooperation and the role of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, while PTI leaders have highlighted access to Imran Khan and differences over the proposed framework.
