Xi Jinping Sets Out 4-Point Roadmap for Resolving Palestinian Issue

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has outlined four principles centered on a political settlement, Palestinian governance, civilian protection and justice.

BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping has proposed a four-point framework for addressing the Palestinian issue, calling for a political settlement, Palestinian governance of Palestinian territories and a viable two-state solution.

Xi said the first priority should be resolving the conflict through political means and advancing a two-state framework that could provide a lasting foundation for peace.

Under the second principle, Xi called for Palestinians to govern Palestinian areas, including the West Bank and post-war Gaza. He said the future administration of these territories should remain in Palestinian hands.

The third principle focuses on humanitarian concerns, with Xi emphasizing the protection and safety of civilians and ensuring that their basic needs are met during and after the conflict.

His fourth principle centers on justice and equality. Xi stressed that any sustainable settlement should uphold fairness and respect the legitimate rights of all parties involved in the conflict.

China has repeatedly advocated a negotiated political settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and supported the establishment of an independent Palestinian state alongside Israel under a two-state solution.
