Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar visited the family of martyred police officer Faheemullah in Kohat and conveyed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s condolences.
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar visited Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday and met the family of police officer Faheemullah, who was martyred in the Kohat incident.
Tarar visited the martyr’s home and offered condolences to his father, Ikramullah. He also participated in Fateha for the departed police officer and conveyed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s message of condolence to the bereaved family.
Faheemullah was the only son of his family.
The federal minister expressed solidarity with the family and paid tribute to the sacrifice of the martyred police officer. He said the sacrifices of those who lose their lives in the line of duty would never be forgotten by the nation.
Tarar said the entire nation stood with the country’s brave personnel in the fight against terrorism. He also prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks and for patience and strength for his family to bear the loss.
The minister’s visit came as authorities and public representatives continued to express solidarity with the families of personnel killed in the fight against terrorism.
The government has repeatedly acknowledged the sacrifices of security forces and police personnel who have lost their lives while performing their duties. Families of the fallen personnel have also received condolences and support from government representatives.
Tarar offered prayers for Faheemullah and his family, asking Allah to elevate the martyr’s status and grant the bereaved family patience and fortitude.
