BAJAUR: A powerful explosion shook the Shahi Tangi area of Bajaur district on Sunday, spreading fear among residents and prompting an immediate response from security forces, officials said.
According to preliminary information, the blast occurred when concealed explosive material allegedly planted by militant elements detonated accidentally. The sound of the explosion was heard several kilometers away, causing panic as residents rushed out of their homes.
