In Risalpur Circle, police have intensified security measures during the holy month of Ramadan, conducting joint foot patrols and snap checks during suhoor and iftar hours. The initiative follows clear directives from District Police Chief Ahmed Shah to strengthen law and order in the region.
Under the direct supervision of SDPO Jawad Khan, teams led by SHO Faisal Khan of Nowshera Kalan Police Station and SHO Muhammad Tayyab of Risalpur Police Station conducted coordinated patrols across various areas. Officers performed foot patrols and spot checks in key neighborhoods to monitor and limit the activities of criminal elements.
Police officials emphasized that such operations would continue throughout Ramadan to maintain peace and protect residents. “Our aim is to ensure the safety of the public and deter criminal activities,” a spokesperson said.
The ongoing initiative underscores the district police’s commitment to proactive policing and community safety, particularly during the high-risk hours surrounding Ramadan’s fasting schedule.
