Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar conveyed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s message during a visit to injured personnel and citizens at CMH Kohat.
Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Kohat to meet security personnel and civilians injured in attacks in Kohat Police Lines and Hangu, according to a post he shared on X.
Tarar said he visited the hospital to inquire about the health of the wounded personnel and citizens who were injured while defending the national flag during the attacks.
During the visit, the federal minister said he conveyed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s message to the injured, emphasizing the government’s resolve to continue efforts against terrorism.
“We will not rest until we eradicate terrorism from its roots,” Tarar quoted the prime minister as saying.
Tarar also said the Pakistan armed forces were fully mobilized to combat terrorism under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
The minister met and spoke with the injured personnel during his visit to CMH Kohat. He praised their response to the attackers and paid tribute to what he described as their courage in confronting the enemy.
“These brave sons of the nation confronted the enemy and sent them to hell,” Tarar said in his post.
He also saluted the injured personnel for their role in responding to the attacks.
