ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to withhold the results of its recent recruitment examinations following a legal challenge alleging that the tests were conducted outside the officially approved syllabus.
According to the petition filed before the court, candidates argued that the recruitment examination included questions that were not part of the official syllabus announced for the hiring process. The petition further claimed that the prescribed syllabus was not properly followed, raising concerns about the transparency and fairness of the examination.
After hearing the initial arguments, the Islamabad High Court directed the FIA not to release the recruitment test results until further orders. The interim directive is intended to preserve the status quo while the court examines the allegations in detail.
