KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi visited Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar and reviewed medical care being provided to those injured in the Kohat Police Lines attack.
PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi visited Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar on Thursday and met people injured in the Kohat Police Lines attack who are receiving treatment at the facility.
Hospital authorities briefed the governor on the condition of the injured and the medical facilities being provided to them. Kundi inquired about their treatment and reviewed the arrangements made for their care.
During the visit, the governor said security forces played an exemplary role during the Kohat Police Lines attack.
Kundi directed the relevant authorities to ensure that the injured receive all possible medical assistance and that every available facility is provided for their treatment.
He also prayed for the early and complete recovery of those injured in the attack.
