A deeply troubling incident reported near Gujarpura in Lahore has sparked public concern and renewed calls for stronger protection of women across Pakistan. According to initial reports, a female laborer employed at a brick kiln was returning home with her husband when several individuals allegedly intercepted the couple and forcibly took the woman to nearby cornfields, where she was reportedly subjected to sexual assault.

Officials have reportedly initiated multiple operations in connection with the case. According to available information, one suspect was killed during an alleged police encounter, while efforts continue to locate and arrest two other individuals believed to be connected to the incident.
