NADRA Introduces New Juvenile Card Process: Parents Must Complete These Steps Before Applying

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

NADRA has outlined a step-by-step procedure for issuing Juvenile Cards to children under 18, requiring biometric verification of parents or legal guardians before the card is processed.

Islamabad: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has officially announced the procedure for issuing Juvenile Cards to children under the age of 18, providing parents and legal guardians with a clear process for obtaining the national identity document.

According to NADRA, the process begins with the child’s registration in the authority’s database. Once the registration is completed, the applicant receives a token to initiate the application.

During the next stage, officials capture the child’s photograph and fingerprints at the registration counter. The biometric verification of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory before the application can proceed.

After successful biometric verification, the child’s personal information is entered into NADRA’s system. An approval officer then reviews and verifies the submitted details to ensure accuracy and compliance with registration requirements.

Once all verification stages are completed, the prescribed fee must be paid online. Following payment, the Juvenile Card will be issued within the designated processing period specified by NADRA.
