ISLAMABAD: The F-6 Khidmat Markaz in Islamabad is receiving widespread appreciation from citizens for providing fast, efficient, and hassle-free public services, with visitors praising both the facility’s management and staff performance.
Speaking to the media, F-6 Khidmat Markaz In-Charge Liaqat Ali said the center remains committed to delivering the highest possible level of service to the public. He emphasized that serving citizens is considered a responsibility carried out with dedication and sincerity.
According to Liaqat Ali, the center operates without overcrowding, and visitors rarely face long waiting times. He said citizens arriving for official matters are assisted promptly, while staff members regularly seek feedback to identify complaints or difficulties and further improve service standards.
He highlighted the efforts of the center’s team, including ASI Rashid Nawaz, who serves as shift in-charge, Shakeel Khattak from the Driving Testing and Licensing Branch, and Traffic Counter In-Charge Imran Bhatti.
