In a statement, the president commended the professionalism, courage, and dedication demonstrated by security personnel during the operations. He said the successful targeting and elimination of militants linked to the so-called “Fitna al-Khawarij” underscored the effectiveness of Pakistan’s counter-terrorism strategy.
Zardari noted that the neutralisation of key militant figures represents a significant breakthrough in efforts to dismantle terrorist networks operating in the region. He emphasized that such successes reflect the operational readiness and high standards maintained by the country’s security forces.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to national security, the president said Pakistan remains determined to eliminate terrorism and ensure lasting peace and stability.
