Fazlur Rehman Warns of Rising Insecurity in South KP Calls for National Strategy

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman has expressed deep concern over the worsening law and order situation in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, stating that residents of Dera Ismail Khan Tank Lakki Marwat and Bannu are being forced to migrate due to insecurity.

Addressing a press conference in Dera Ismail Khan he said that people’s lives are no longer safe and the government’s writ appears absent. He criticized both federal and provincial authorities for failing to effectively tackle the situation.

Fazlur Rehman warned that Pakistan is facing challenges on both eastern and western borders, leading to increasing regional isolation. He claimed ties with key partners, including China and Iran, have weakened, affecting investment and trade opportunities.

He proposed an in-camera parliamentary session to brief lawmakers on ground realities and develop a unified national strategy. He stressed that the crisis is a national issue requiring collective action.

The JUI-F chief also criticized reliance on Western powers, particularly the United States, saying such policies have historically created instability. He concluded by urging a clear and consistent national policy to address Pakistan’s growing security challenges.
