Pakistan Hosts Four-Way Middle East Peace Talks

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud following his participation in a high-level four-way meeting of foreign ministers from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt. The summit, hosted in Islamabad, aims to address escalating tensions in the Middle East and explore diplomatic solutions to prevent regional conflict.

The meeting, chaired by Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar, included Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry. Prior to the multilateral talks, Dar held separate bilateral meetings with his Turkish and Egyptian counterparts to strengthen strategic cooperation and discuss mutual interests. During his meeting with Fidan, Dar highlighted the historically strong ties between Pakistan and Turkey, emphasizing shared culture, history, and brotherly relations.

Discussions focused on ongoing Middle East conflicts, rising US-Iran tensions, energy security, maritime route protection, and potential humanitarian crises. Analysts see Pakistan’s hosting of the summit as a proactive effort by major Muslim countries to use diplomacy to reduce the risk of wider regional conflict.

The meeting is expected to conclude with a joint statement calling for an immediate ceasefire, encouraging dialogue, and promoting stability across the region. Prince Faisal was warmly received at Nur Khan Airbase, with Turkish and Egyptian ministers arriving earlier to participate in the talks.
