A motorcycle lost traction on a busy road in Nowshera, leaving a young rider injured and prompting a swift emergency response.
NOWSHERA: A 20-year-old man was injured in a road traffic accident after his motorcycle slipped near Kaka Sahib Road in Nowshera city, rescue officials said.
The injured man was identified as Ahsan Ullah, a resident of Peeran Kallay. According to initial information, the incident occurred when the motorcycle’s tire slipped, causing the rider to lose balance and fall on the road.
Rescue officials said that upon receiving the emergency call, an ambulance from Rescue Station 77 Nowshera Cantt was dispatched to the scene. The team arrived promptly and provided immediate medical assistance to the injured person.
After administering first aid at the site, the rescue medical team shifted the injured man to NMC Hospital for further treatment. His condition has not been officially disclosed.
Authorities have advised motorcyclists to remain cautious while driving, particularly on busy and potentially slippery roads, and to ensure that their vehicles are in proper condition to avoid such accidents.
