Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commends security forces for killing a terrorist in Kech and foiling an attempt to take innocent women hostage during Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3.
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday praised security forces for their successful operation against what the government described as Fitna al-Hindustan in Balochistan’s Kech district under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office on Oct. 29, 2026, the prime minister commended the security forces for killing one terrorist during the operation and praised their professional capabilities.
Shehbaz Sharif also lauded the forces for their timely action in foiling an attempt to take innocent women hostage and ensuring their safety.
The prime minister praised the security personnel for responding to the situation and preventing the women from being held hostage, according to the statement.
He reiterated that counterterrorism operations would continue until terrorism was eliminated from Pakistan.
