US Newspaper Blames American Military for Deadly School Strike in Iran

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

A report by an American newspaper has blamed the United States military for a deadly strike on a school in Iran that reportedly killed more than 175 people including over 150 children. The attack allegedly took place in the city of Minab.

According to the report the strike occurred on February 28 when a Tomahawk Missile launched by the United States Armed Forces mistakenly hit the Shajra Tayyiba Elementary School. At the time of the attack, US forces were reportedly targeting a nearby Iranian military base.

The newspaper claimed that the incident was the result of a targeting error caused by the use of outdated intelligence data provided by the Defense Intelligence Agency. Officials from United States Central Command allegedly relied on this old data when planning the missile strike.

Earlier, Donald Trump had claimed that Iran was responsible for the school attack. However, the report suggests the tragedy may have been the result of a serious operational mistake.

US military officials say the investigation is still in its early stages and several key questions remain unanswered including why the outdated intelligence data was not double-checked before the strike.
