Federal Minister Attaullah Tarar says discussions in Kohat focused on development, public and business concerns, journalism and opportunities for young people.
Federal Minister Attaullah Tarar held meetings with representatives of various business, political, media and social groups during his visit to Kohat, discussing the city’s development and issues faced by the public and business community.
In a post on X, Tarar said he met market unions, the Chamber of Commerce, the Press Club, the Transporters Association, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Youth Wing and other political and social figures.
Tarar said the meetings were held in the presence of senior PML-N leader Haji Sher Ahmed Khan Bangash and Sadiq Raza Khan.
According to Tarar, the discussions covered several issues related to Kohat, including development, public and business concerns, the role of journalism and the need to create better opportunities for young people.
He said the exchanges provided an opportunity to discuss issues affecting different sections of the city and hear suggestions from representatives of the business community, media, transport sector, political groups and other social stakeholders.
Tarar expressed gratitude to all the visiting delegations for their participation, sincerity and valuable suggestions during the meetings.
The meetings brought together representatives from different sectors, including traders, business leaders, journalists, transporters, political workers and social figures, providing a platform for discussion on issues concerning Kohat and its residents.
