PTI chairman says defeating terrorism requires national unity, political consensus, and unwavering support for peace and stability.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has called for a united national front against terrorism, urging political parties to rise above their differences and prioritize Pakistan’s security.
In a statement, Barrister Gohar claimed that major terrorist incidents in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are linked to India’s involvement. He alleged that India’s external intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), is engaged in a proxy war against Pakistan and asserted that its activities have been exposed before the international community.
The PTI chairman emphasized that terrorism is a national challenge that cannot be addressed through political divisions. He urged all political stakeholders and citizens to work together, saying national unity is essential to defeating extremist violence and protecting Pakistan’s future.
Barrister Gohar said lasting peace would strengthen national institutions, improve economic stability, encourage investment, and help address public concerns. He added that every terrorist attack, regardless of where it occurs, should be viewed as an attack on the entire nation.
