SSP Operations emphasizes integrity, respect, and timely assistance for all visitors at police stations
PESHAWAR: (Anwar Zeb Khan) In a move to enhance public service and accountability, Farhan Khan, SSP Operations Peshawar, conducted a special meeting with Ayesha Gul and the clerical staff of district police stations at the Malak Saad Shaheed Police Lines.
During the meeting, Farhan Khan instructed staff to treat all visitors and applicants with politeness, respect, and dignity, ensuring timely legal assistance and redress. He stressed the importance of accurate record-keeping, timely correspondence, and proper data entry into E-Police Post, SOS, and PSRMS apps, as well as CRO entries, computerized FIR registration, and effective CCTV monitoring.
He emphasized that clerical staff must perform their duties with honesty, responsibility, and courtesy, giving priority to resolving citizens’ issues promptly. Any misconduct or negligence while on duty would not be tolerated, he warned, while exemplary conduct and professionalism would be rewarded.
This initiative underlines the Peshawar Police’s commitment to citizen-centric policing and accountability at all levels.
