A controversial TikToker, identified as Nadeem Naniwala, has been arrested after allegedly violating traffic laws and attempting to flee from police during a roadside stop, according to official sources.
Police said officers signaled a luxury vehicle fitted with applied-for registration status and black-tinted windows to stop for inspection. However, instead of complying, the driver allegedly behaved aggressively toward a police officer and refused to halt the vehicle.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), the vehicle was then driven onto a one-way road in an apparent attempt to evade authorities. Investigators stated that the incident endangered public safety and obstructed law enforcement personnel from carrying out their official duties.
The FIR includes charges related to negligent and reckless driving, interference in government operations, and threatening a public servant. Police registered the case under Sections 279, 186, and 189 of the Pakistan Penal Code and subsequently arrested the suspect.
Authorities emphasized that no individual is above the law and warned that strict action will continue against those who violate traffic regulations or obstruct public officials. The case has attracted public attention due to the suspect’s social media profile and the serious nature of the allegations.
