NADRA has announced Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) recruitment for women from eight Punjab districts, with walk-in tests and interviews scheduled in Sargodha.
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced recruitment for women from eight districts of Punjab for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) positions, with walk-in tests and interviews scheduled in Sargodha from Sept. 29 to Oct. 2, 2026.
The recruitment drive covers women from Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar. Candidates will be eligible only if the address of the relevant district is mentioned on their computerized national identity card (CNIC) or domicile.
The minimum educational qualification for the positions is intermediate or equivalent. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience will be preferred.
The maximum age limit is 25 years, including the general five-year age relaxation. According to the recruitment details, no further age relaxation will be granted. Women from minority communities and women with disabilities have also been encouraged to participate in the recruitment process.
The available positions have been distributed across the eight districts. Faisalabad has three positions in Satiana, Aminpur and Ram Diwali; Chiniot has two positions in Ahmad Nagar; and Jhang has two positions in 18-Hazari and Shorkot.
Hafizabad has five positions covering Kasoki, Vanike Tarar, Kaleki, Jalalpur Bhattian and Sukheke. Sargodha has five positions in Kot Momin, Farooka, CFSC and Sillanwali. Mianwali has four positions in Kot Chandana, Mianwali, Chakrala and Ban Hafiz Ji, while Khushab has one position in Jauharabad. Bhakkar has four positions in Mitha Tiwana, Behal, Darya Khan and Mankera.
For Faisalabad, Chiniot and Jhang, tests will be held on Sept. 29, followed by interviews on Sept. 30. Hafizabad and Sargodha candidates will take their tests on Sept. 30 and appear for interviews on Oct. 1. Tests for Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar will be held on Oct. 1, with interviews scheduled for Oct. 2.
Registration for the tests will remain open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., while interviews will begin at 9 a.m. Only candidates who pass the test and are shortlisted will be called for interviews.
All tests and interviews will take place at NADRA Regional Head Office, 6-Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.
Candidates have been instructed to bring their original personal, educational and professional documents on the test day. Government and semi-government employees must provide a no-objection certificate (NOC). Attested educational certificates from the relevant boards will be required at the interview stage.
Selected candidates will subsequently have to submit medical fitness and character certificates. Providing false information at any stage may result in disqualification.
