PTI Decides Disciplinary Action Against Senator Mishal Yousafzai Over Remarks on Imran Khan’s Sisters

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

WEB DESK: (Anwarzeb Khan) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to take disciplinary action against Senator Mishal Yousafzai following her controversial remarks about the sisters of party founder Imran Khan, party officials confirmed.

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said the party leadership had resolved to take strict action against Yousafzai, emphasizing that derogatory language against Imran Khan’s family would not be tolerated. He stated that the party had already set clear boundaries regarding comments targeting the former Prime Minister’s relatives.

“Enough is enough. Action will be taken against Mishal Yousafzai,” Gohar said in a statement, reiterating that any individual making inappropriate remarks about Imran Khan’s family would have no place within the party ranks.

Meanwhile, party sources told ARY News that a show-cause notice is expected to be issued to Mishal Yousafzai. The central leadership is likely to make a final decision regarding her position after the party’s planned protest on Feb. 8.

Sources added that the decision reflects PTI’s broader policy formulated after a previous controversy involving party leader Sher Afzal Marwat. The party had then resolved that statements directed against Imran Khan’s sisters or family members would be considered unacceptable and subject to disciplinary measures.
